As 2011 wraps up #21 hits you with some Indie, Nu Disco, and Soulful House jams. Actually there's a lot of different sub genres represented here. Just a sample of some jams I like. New music from Ostinati, Holy Ghost!, and Treasure Fingers to name a few. Enjoy!

LunchBox 20
Here’s the latest installment in the LunchBox mixes. #20 is an upbeat Dance, Electro, Dutch House mix featuring new and older tracks mixed throughout. There are several remixes/bootlegs from dope DJ/producers like Excel, Tommy Diz, and Scene as well as new music from Sidney Samson, Rihanna, and Chuckie to name a few. Many of these joints are in my rotation and hopefully a few are new to some of you.
LunchBox 19
#19 moves around with smooth Indie/Nu Disco jams, Electro Pop sounds, and Deep House. Call it whatever you like, it’s just a sample of some of the music I’m feeling. I made 2 blends with vocals from Ciara & Kelis over the Final DJs – Funk In Your Soul. They’re a nice different take on the classic records, hopefully you dig ‘em! #19 also features tunes from Gigamesh, Flight Facilities, and Oliver to name a few.
Live From A Hotel Parking Lot
Fellow 3's Co. Video Robot VJCA and I played in a hotel parking back in May 2010 for York, PA's Governor's Ball. The attendees passed by the lot on the way to the reception where they caught VJCA blasting projections on a 50ft wall and me providing the soundtrack. The mix is cut down to a reasonable time frame and represents the vibe for most of the evening. Enjoy!
LunchBox 18
#18 kicks off with some smoothed out Moombahsoul and works into Indie/Nu Disco and Disco House jams. There’s some dope jazzy/funky/swing sounds in there too. #18 has an overall feel good vibe with tunes from Aeroplane, Senor Stereo, and U-Tern’s Cordova to name a few. Enjoy over a glass of lemonade, in the car, on the beach, or on the deck Adirondacking with a cold one.
LunchBox 17
#17 features new HipHop, R&B, Reggae, and Moombahton. There’s a few joints on this that I’m really diggin right now. E-40′s “My Sh*it Bang” is one of my faves but there are a few tough joints on here. I decided to mix it up with some newer Dancehall and drop some Federation remixes which are always proper. Check out the Moombahton jams toward the end.
LunchBox 16 (IndieNuDisco Too)
LunchBox 16 features all Indie Nu Disco jams with new music from Cut Copy, Martin Solveig, Munk and more. LB 16 has 21 tracks in 48 minutes of feel good vibes for Spring 2011. Enjoy!
LunchBox 15
LunchBox 15 features HipHop, R&B, and Reggae. Several remixes and random joints. Enjoy
Kenny Meez/Gregg Nyce/Dr Dre - Kush Medley
Kenny Meez of Federation Sound is hard at work this Holiday Season and has delivered yet another year end gift. I helped out on the Kush Medley which flips some classic reggae herb vocals on Dre’s rising hit. Meez does some damage on the Hold Yuh Bmore version and the now classic Smash Riddim as well as Kartel vocals on Red Cafe “I’m Ill.”
LunchBox 14 (Old School Xmix)
Depending on your definition of Old School, this may or may not be accurately named. Either way it's a throwback to the early-mid 90's with a few late decade jams too. Most of this mix is a snapshot of the type of music that shaped my early DJing days when it was all about vinyl and parties. It's also stuff that unfortunately I don't get to play out very much anymore, if at all. So for now enjoy the Holiday Season and relax to this nostalgic mix.
Lunchbox 13
Gregg Nyce mixes it up with Kenny Meez for Lunchbox 13 released on this Friday the 13th. The duo turn up the heat with 33 hot, hot, hot summer tracks in just under 45 minutes. The mix keeps it mostly hip hop and dancehall but even adds some CSS and Banarama at the end.
Lunchbox 12
LunchBox 12 is an upbeat dance and dancehall mix. Starting out with the Armand Van Helden remix of Pharrell and Uffie’s collabo ADD Suv, LB 12 ends with Proper Villains and Nick Catchdubs Drakeover. In the middle there's Major Lazer and me and Kenny Meez’ remixes of Estelle and Busy Signal. All told, there's 20 tracks quick mixed in only 45 minutes with the tempo kept up throughout. Listen and Download below.
Lunchbox 11
LunchBox 11 (INDIEnuDISCO Mix) features an all Indie and Nu Disco vibe with the likes of Holy Ghost, U-Tern, Fela Kuti, Eli Escobar, Duck Sauce and more. LB 11 manages to squeeze 19 tracks in nearly 45 minutes of 2010 Studio 54 jams. Enjoy!
Mash Up Riddim
Kenny Meez and Gregg Nyce have linked up in the studio and put out 3 riddim mix packs to be used by DJ’s or just to listen to. First up is the Mash Up Riddim produced by Christopher “Birch” Birchell. This pack features 5 tracks in total. One of my favorites is flipping B.o.B’s Nothing On You over the riddim and a feature from Leftside.
Gregg Nyce & Kenny Meez - Cosa Nostra Riddim Pack

- nothing on you no rap version feat serani - b.o.b.

LunchBox 8 (LunchBox Ladies)
LunchBox 8 is one for the Ladies. LB 8 is all over the place starting out with a Calvin Harris vs Run DMC refix going through DJ Sega, Laidback Luke, A1 Bassline and U-Tern remixes among others in 45 minutes. Definitely recommended.
LunchBox 7 (Summer Daze)
LunchBox 7 (Summer Daze) features 2009 tracks from Beastie Boys & Nas to Wale, Curren$y, Nicki Minaj & Lil Wayne, Flippa Mafia, Elephant man and more. Enjoy.
LunchBox 6 (Live From Amsterdam)
So here is a little taste of the Amsterdam gigs. I DJed on Queen’s Day 4.30.09 (that night) @ De Duivel and it went really well. The place was packed, the mood was festive, and they were feeling all the HipHop & Reggae gems!! Later that week we were asked back to do Saturday 5.9.09. I was humbled by the invite and excited to do it. This time it was all me for the night so we took advantage and went in hard 12 to 4!!! De Duivel recorded the first hour of my set. It’s some classic HipHop & Reggae and is representative of the vibe the entire night. It certainly got crazy later in the night and I wish I had some of those recordings…Enjoy!!!
LunchBox 5
Volume 5 in the Lunchbox mix series from Gregg Nyce. A little bit of everything in this one, some reggae, bmore, house, hip hop etc. Be sure to check the Kenny Meez remixes in there too.
LunchBox 4 (Live From Heat)
LunchBox 4 is a live recording from Nov. 2008 at Club Heat. The mix features essential R&B and HipHop played early on in the night.
LunchBox 3
LunchBox 3 featuring golden era hip hop and a smattering of dancehall. Expect Boot Camp, Common, The Roots, KRS and more. A pleasant mix of classic beats from the Attic days. Some vinyl might be choppy but it’s a smooth mix for you to reminisce on and prepare for Spring/Summer!!! No talking or FX. Enjoy!
LunchBox 2 (April Fools)
LunchBox 2 (April Fools) features a slew of house, electro, bmore and remixes with artists like DJ Class, Rye Rye, Dizzee Rascal and Black Eyed Peas to name a few.
LunchBox 1
The first of the LunchBox series started in 2009 features a 30 minute mix of hiphop, pop, and reggae. LB 1 features music from Ron Browz, Rihanna, Mos Def, Kid Sister, and Justin Timberlake to name a few.
Native Tongue Remixes & B-Sides
Recorded in mid 2007, The Native Tongue Remixes & B-Sides mix features just that. The classic sounds of great hip hop from the golden era mixed entirely from the vinyl you heard at countless parties and radio shows. My love for the Native Tongue crew runs deep and always strikes a chord with me whenever a Tribe, Black Sheep, JB's, or De La song is played. Hopefully some of these remixes and b-sides will do the same for you and maybe you'll hear a remix or b-side you didn't know existed. Enjoy!
Milky HipHop & Reggae Volume 3
Volume 3 in the Milky series was released in 2003 and continues with the dancehall and hiphop bangers. Kelis before she was being paid to be Nas’ ex-wife, crunk was king and 50 and Jay were on top. Gregg gets the last part Nyce & smooth with plenty of reggae joints and jams.
Milky HipHop & Reggae Volume 2
Volume 2 in the infamous Milky Series from Gregg Nyce. This one was released in 2002, and kept up with the all vinyl hiphop and dancehall remixes. Flipside is on this and was brand new, Young Gunz “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop” is here and it is new. It was a magical time in 2002. Even Loon aka mini Mase is on this. Do I really need to say more? Download it now. So many classics. Volume 1, 2 and 3 were all vinyl and mixed in Kenny Meez studio.
